Use Kdiff3 for git diff

Firstly, put kdiff3 into the path

 set path=%path%;C:\Program Files\KDiff3

Then run 

git difftool --tool=kdiff3

You can calso config kdiff3 as the default diff tool

git config --global diff.tool kdiff3

Then you can just run 

git difftool

use -y if you don't have to see prompts

git difftool  -y

In Kdiff3's Config, you may would like to enable "Quit also via Esacpe key" to be able to quick exit kdiff3 for next file.
